Некоторые вопросы по murmur

День добрый. У меня возникла пара вопросов. Почему не получается изменить название корневого каталога на сервере? Стоит кастомное имя и один фиг заходишь на сервер и он называется root. И почему не получается добавить сервер в глобальный список?

того что для глобальной регистрации должно быть так
