Подвисает Mumble сервер

Добрый день.
Есть небольшой мамбл сервер, на котором ежедневно общается 20-40 пользователей.
Иногда возникают «подвисания» пользователи не могут переходить с канала на канал длится такой фриз примерно 5-10 сек.

Нагрузка на сервер небольшая, подскажите, пожалуйста, в чем причина фризов.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, решит ли эту проблему переезд на VPS с SSD накопителями.

И как поведет себя сервер при онлайне 100-150 пользователей, если не чего не предпринимать.
